10 Pound Challenge!!

Doesn't this always happen...... You lose weight to gain it back.

Well my best friends wedding is June 25th and I already bought the dress. Like it always happens I have gained weight. So I am starting a challenge to lose 10 pounds and keep it off. I will be eating healthy, drinking water and trying to exercise. I will not eat like a bird and starve myself so if I don't lose it fast that's ok. Who wants to join me on the challenge?

I always set up my reward at the end of the challenge to keep me motivated( never food). So. Today I am going to think of a good one. Well other than fitting in my bridesmaid dress :)

Plan:

8 cups of water a day
No sweets cake, cookies, soda...etc
Tons of fruits and veggies
Watching calories
Exercise
Get plenty of rest
